“Player’s Camp Code of Conduct”
United States Youth Soccer Europe established rules that we follow to make sure everyone has a safe and fun experience at camp. Our Camp Code of Conduct along with the Code of Conduct each player signed upon USYS registration is our guide for behavior at Camp. By signing the "Player's Camp Code of Conduct", parents and players agree to the following rules, USYS Europe policies and consequences for violations:
Every player will immediately follow directives and requests from coaches and camp staff politely and completely.
Entering a room assigned to and/or occupied by the opposite sex is NOT ALLOWED FOR ANY REASON, AT ANY TIME.
Players will sleep in the room they are assigned to...switching rooms requires Coach and/or Camp Staff approval.
Quiet hours are from 2100 hrs until 0700 hrs. Quiet hours = music turned down and activity limited to rooms and not the hallways. Curfew hours are from 2200 until 0700 hours. Curfew means inside their assigned rooms unless requesting assistance from admin/coaching staff. All TVs, laptops and other electronic devices will be turned off at 2300 hrs.
The quiet hours (players are required to be in their assigned rooms) are:
· U-11 and U-13 teams: in assigned room by 2100; lights out 2130
· U-15 teams: in assigned room by 2130; lights out 2200
· U-17 and U-19 teams: in assigned room by 2200; lights out 2230
Dorm rooms are not common areas. Players are responsible for their room cleanliness and the conduct of other players in their assigned room.
Any playing with balls inside the room, hallways or parking lot is prohibited. No throwing items between floors.
No player will leave the Sports Schule property (even with his or her parents) without approval of the Coach/Admin Staff.
The following are unacceptable behaviors for USYS Players:
Consumption or possession of; alcohol, tobacco or illegal drugs
Threatening behavior, fighting, bullying, offensive or insulting language to other Players, Coaches & Camp staff or
any other person at camp including but not limited to; Sports Schule Staff, other parents and visiting teams
Theft, illegal activity, or damaging property;
*************************************************************************************************************************************
Failure to follow any of the above rules may result in immediate dismissal from Camp Activities. If a player is dismissed from Camp, the Parent/Guardian will be notified immediately and the Camp Director will decide whether the Player will be removed from the Sports Schule. The Player will no longer train or eat with their team for the duration of Camp. Dismissal from Camp may result in dismissal from the ODP Program.
We, the undersigned, have read, understand and agree to abide by the above guidelines and rules. We also agree to accept the consequences for failure to abide by these guidelines.
